Highlights

Kuway 2 storage device support

CRIBWISE now supports the new Kuway 2 automated storage system. The integration handles the updated dual circuit board design and delivers reliable dispense operations from start to finish. Kuway 2 is available for quotes now, with customer installations starting in early 2026. Learn more about storage devices →

Set tray margins on lift machines

You can now define edge margins on lift machine trays to align the system’s location grid with the physical tray dimensions. This ensures laser pointers, LED lights, and display visualizations accurately indicate the correct pick location. Margins are configured per tray in centimeters with a real-time preview, and existing location assignments, serialized items, and location names remain unchanged. Applies to KARDEX, Modula, Hänel, and Weland devices. Learn more about lift machines →

Use your own database server for on-premise installations

On-premise installations can now use your own database server instances instead of CRIBWISE-provided databases. This gives your IT team full control over database infrastructure to meet strict security and compliance requirements. CRIBWISE-managed databases remain the default and are still fully supported. • Install SFI with a license file — Shop Floor Interface can now be installed using a license file for quicker, streamlined setup alongside the existing credential-based method. Learn more about on-premise installation →
