Redesigned category filter on the shop floor
The item category filter during picking has been completely reworked. A new filter icon next to the search field opens a tile-based view of your categories, each showing how many items are available. Tap a category to filter the item list and see subcategories. A breadcrumb trail lets you navigate back through the category tree. Searching by text narrows both the item list and the category counts in real time. You can set the filter to show by default for each device. Learn more about picking →

Enter custom values in cost allocation steps
Cost allocation steps of type List or Hierarchy can now include a “Custom value” option. When operators encounter an ad-hoc job — like a component not in the predefined list — they can enter a free-text value instead of skipping the step. The entered value is stored in the transaction and appears in reports the same way as predefined values. This eliminates the need for a separate “catch-all” step and simplifies both picking and reporting. Learn more about cost allocation →

Order line IDs for purchase and service orders
Every item in a purchase order and service order now has a consistent line number. The line number is the same everywhere — in the Admin Portal, in PDF/Excel exports, in XML for B2B, in reports, and through the API. A new <LINE_NUMBER> template tag is available for order and invoice templates. This makes it much easier to match order lines between CRIBWISE and your ERP system. Learn more about purchase orders →

Improvements
- 10× faster Excel import and export — import and export of items, locations, assignments, and location quantities is significantly faster for large data sets (up to 5,000 entities).
- Simplified B2B connection setup — B2B credentials are now managed in the back-end. Administrators only select “Production” or “Test” on the vendor — no URL or password needed. A new web service integration option is available for vendors with their own order endpoint. Learn more about purchase orders →
- New price tags for consignment invoice templates — new tags
<VENDOR_ID>,<CURRENCY>,<ITEM_PRICE>,<TOTAL_PRICE>, and<INVOICE_TOTAL_PRICE>let you show billing values in consignment invoices. - Item categories sorted naturally — category trees in system settings and filters are now sorted alphabetically and numerically (1, 2, 10 instead of 1, 10, 2).
- Spare parts keep vendor during catalog update — spare parts downloaded as part of an item update now inherit the parent item’s vendor instead of being left empty. Existing spare parts are no longer modified by the update.
- Technical item ID in API transactions — the raw transaction BI interface now includes a
ItemTechnicalIdfield for matching transactions to internal item records. Learn more about the BI interface → - Scroll buttons hidden on touch screens — SFI devices with touch support no longer show scroll buttons, freeing up space. Devices without touch keep the buttons for navigation.
- Assign barcode now available on cloud SFI — the “Assign barcode” feature during item assignment is now available on cloud devices in addition to on-premise installations.
Fixes
- Invalid Excel purchase order templates are now detected during upload instead of failing silently when sending orders.
- SFI now retries MAC address detection when it fails, preventing synchronization errors that previously required a restart.
- False positive “synchronization delayed” events no longer appear when device time is slightly out of sync with the Admin Portal.
- Cancelling serial number selection during inventory on Lista devices no longer causes the flow to get stuck.
- The REST API now prevents creation of duplicate cost allocation hierarchy instances at the same level.
- Clicking on the Stock evaluation notification now correctly navigates to the results.
- Deleting a parent cost allocation hierarchy instance now correctly removes all child instances.
- Communication with Lista cabinets no longer gets stuck due to low-level deadlocks. SFI now applies a timeout and retries automatically.
- The Search button in Picked items locations now responds to clicks.
- The user import error file no longer shows incorrect column names.
- SFI status changes no longer fail when re-importing item documentation over 100 MB.
- Automatic logout on the shop floor no longer triggers while the operator is actively touching the screen.
