Highlights

Upgraded stock optimization with ABC classification

Stock Optimization gets a major upgrade. The optimizer now includes ABC classification and covers both consumable and durable items — giving you a complete picture of your inventory health. New columns show the number of picks, purchased quantity, and average daily consumption so you can make informed decisions even when the algorithm cannot suggest a value. You can edit order points and max quantities directly in the list, accept proposals with one click on the lightbulb icon, and save custom views just like on the item overview page. Override phase-in restrictions for authorized users

A new SFI permission — “Override Phase in status” — lets specific users see and pick items that are still in “Phase in” status, even when the original item has stock remaining. This is useful for quality control, testing, or pre-production workflows where certain users need early access to replacement items. Administrators automatically have this permission. Improvements

  • Set item descriptions in multiple languages via API — the Item API now supports creating and updating item descriptions in multiple languages, removing the need to use the batch API for multilingual descriptions. Learn more about the CRIBWISE API →
  • New order template tag: Expected delivery date — purchase and service order templates can now include the expected delivery date, calculated from the delivery lead time set on the item or vendor. Learn more about purchase orders →
  • Simplified return of serialized items — returning a single serialized item no longer requires a second serial number confirmation step, reducing unnecessary clicks. Learn more about serialized items →
  • BI Interface extended with order references — the Supplier Delivery Precision dataset now includes OrderID and OrderReference fields for easier cross-referencing with other report sources.
  • Serialized item pick timeout now completes the transaction — when a serialized item pick times out with a serial number pre-selected, the pick is now completed instead of canceled. If no serial number is selected, the pick is still canceled as before.
  • Removed misleading “Is Delete” column from location quantity import — the column that appeared to support deletion but had no effect has been removed from the Import/Export location quantities tab.

Fixes

  • Serialized items in service now show their actual physical location instead of always displaying the service list or order location.
  • Phase-in items can now be restocked using the “restock without order” function.
  • Cost allocation values added to higher hierarchy levels via drag and drop are now visible on SFI.
  • Deleting a cost allocation set now properly removes all related values, instances, and restrictions.
  • Deleted cloud devices no longer start synchronization processes unexpectedly.
  • Cost allocation instance deletion performance improved — large hierarchies with many children no longer cause timeouts.
  • A loading indicator now appears when removing Product Access Groups from users or user groups.
  • Grand total values in PDF report exports no longer display as “######” when numbers have many decimal places.
  • B2B integration now validates that required fields (Integration ID, Customer number) are filled before orders can be sent.
  • Kardex and Modula trays now stay in the opening after removing an assignment from the management screen.
  • Corrupted customer logos no longer prevent purchase orders from being generated as Excel or PDF.
  • Improved application stability during version deployments with better retry handling for temporary service unavailability.
  • Improved pick list import error messages now clearly describe why specific rows are rejected.
  • Keyboard input on TX750 machines now works correctly after network changes.
