2 highlights · 4 improvements · 12 fixes

Highlights

Configure how items appear across the Admin Portal

You can now choose up to three identification fields — with optional labels — to display for every item in the Admin Portal, matching the same flexible options already available in the Shop Floor Interface. The setting applies everywhere items appear: inventory lists, orders, cost allocation, item overviews, and more. Your team gets a consistent, unified view regardless of which interface they use. Reliable device synchronization for large data volumes

Device synchronization now handles millions of database entities — locations, tray records, and transaction data — without crashes or memory issues. Batch processing and prioritized sync ensure that devices reconnecting after extended offline periods complete synchronization reliably, and large tray grids (50×50 or more) work without performance degradation. Improvements

  • Support assistant notification — a non-intrusive notification bubble now lets users know when the in-app support assistant is available. The bubble appears once per user and can be dismissed without interruption. Learn more about the Admin Portal →
  • Staged SFI update rollout — new Shop Floor Interface versions are now distributed to customers gradually over several days instead of all at once, reducing the risk of widespread issues from a single release. Learn more about managing devices →
  • TB300 Control version support — CRIBWISE now supports the latest TB300 Control firmware version. Learn more about storage devices →
  • Faster user anonymization — anonymizing deleted users completes significantly faster, reducing processing time for data privacy operations. Learn more about managing users →

Fixes

  • Changing ABC classification during stock optimization no longer clears service vendor, price, order code, and type information for affected items.
  • Pick operations on KARDEX machines no longer randomly freeze when picking items from multiple locations.
  • Scheduled scripts can now be activated and deactivated reliably — a race condition that created duplicate database entries has been resolved.
  • Picking from predefined pick lists no longer fails when the cost allocation contains only list-type steps without hierarchy steps.
  • Return item loading no longer times out in high-volume cloud environments with large numbers of picks and items.
  • The Related Items button on SFI now displays correctly even when a spare part has no position value assigned.
  • Items not dispensed from empty ASK200 positions are now correctly marked as cancelled on the summary screen instead of showing as picked.
  • ABC classification can no longer be edited at the device assignment level in stock optimization results — it is correctly restricted to the item level only.
  • Large Excel export file downloads now use significantly less browser memory during the download process.
  • Matching items are now fully synchronized on newly installed SFI devices instead of only recent changes.
  • Rapidly selecting the LED light location indicator twice on TB300 machines no longer displays a misleading error message.
  • The Reporting API now correctly returns the CostAllocationSetId for closed pick lists.
