Connect Admin Portal to your identity provider
You can now connect the Admin Portal to your organization’s identity provider using SAML 2.0. Users log in with their corporate credentials — the same username and password they use for other company applications. When an employee leaves and their account is deactivated, access to CRIBWISE is blocked automatically. Your organization’s login policies, including multi-factor authentication, apply to CRIBWISE as well. Shop floor login is not affected — operators still use their cards or credentials for quick access. Learn more about logging in →

Scan barcodes on pick summary screens
Operators can now use barcode scanners on open-storage summary screens to mark items as processed. Scanning a barcode that matches exactly one item at one location automatically ticks it off and scrolls to show it. If the scan matches multiple items or locations, the list filters to show matching results. This works across all open-storage flows: picks, returns, inventory, and grouped operations on Lista, Autolocker, and TX750. Learn more about picking items →

Service code in transaction reports
All transactions now include service vendor name, service vendor ID, and service code — making it easier to track reconditioning costs and generate service invoices. This data is available in the raw transaction report and through the BI interface (requires API Access add-on for the latest endpoint).

Improvements
- Sort items by any field during picking — use the new sorting option in the SFI item list to sort by name, ID, description, custom fields, or most frequently picked. Learn more about picking →
- Block administrator login to your instance — under System Settings > Access Control, you can block external administrator accounts from logging in. Optionally allow temporary access for a defined period. Learn more about system settings →
- Stock location data available through the API — a new
/StockLocationsendpoint provides stock location data (requires API Access add-on). Learn more about API access → - Filter items by service status — a new “Serviced item” filter is available in item lists, overviews, and picked items locations. Works with saved views and reporting.
- View all orders and lists from item detail — the renamed “Orders/lists” tab now shows purchase orders, service orders, service lists, and transfer lists for the selected item.
- Create assemblies from GTC package import — importing a GTC package that contains an assembly now creates the assembly item with all included parts linked automatically. Also available through a new API endpoint.
- Auto-select serial number when only one is available — when a serialized item has only one serial number option, it is preselected in the selection dialog.
- Removed auto-inventory on ASK200 — the function that set stock to zero when a dispense failed has been removed. Failed dispenses no longer affect stock quantities.
- Inventory timeout calculated per location — the inventory timeout on KARDEX, Modula, and other controlled storage devices is now calculated as one minute per location in the current group, giving operators enough time to check each location.
Fixes
- KARDEX trays sometimes used an incorrect address after leaving tray management, requiring an SFI restart.
- Returning a serialized item on KARDEX could get stuck when the operator confirmed on the machine panel before selecting the serial number on SFI.
- The “remaining picks” counter for serialized items only decreased once, preventing tools from being sent to service at the correct time.
- Lista cabinet drawers sometimes failed to open due to a false “already opened” status detection.
- Pressing Enter in the item search field on an order detail saved the order instead of performing the search.
- The device number limit message did not distinguish between cloud and on-premise device types.
- Synchronization delay events could appear as false positives in the Diagnostics notifications.
