More item data in every report
All report data sources — assignments, raw transactions, orders, and locations — now include additional item fields such as customizable fields, vendor order code, purchase price, lead time, service details, and manufacturer information. The report list also gets a search bar and column-based filtering so you can find the right report faster. Learn more about reports →

Return items by drilling down through cost allocation
Returning items is now faster for accounts with many transactions. Instead of scrolling through a long list, you can select a cost allocation value — such as a machine name — and see only the items previously sent to that machine. This mirrors the picking flow and drastically narrows the search. Learn more about returns →

Simplified serialized item management
Serialized items no longer require separate location rules for each condition (New, Used, Refurbished, For Service). The item condition is now tracked on each serialized instance itself, so you can store multiple conditions in a single location. This reduces the number of required location assignments from four to one and simplifies assignment on lifter machines. Operators also select the serial number immediately when the location opens, rather than after closing it. Learn more about serialized items →

Improvements
- Event log tracks creation and deletion — the event log now records when any entity (item, purchase order, user, etc.) is created or deleted, including who performed the action and a snapshot of the entity’s data.
- Choose item condition after service — when restocking an item from service, you can now select whether it returns as New, Used, or Refurbished instead of always defaulting to Refurbished. Especially useful for calibrated measuring equipment. Learn more about serialized items →
- Related-item picks auto-fill quantity — when picking a spare part through the related items dialog, the quantity now defaults to the defined relation quantity instead of 1. No more memorizing how many inserts a milling assembly needs. Learn more about picking →
- Pick flow remembers your category selection — when adding items to a pick list by category, your category selection is preserved after each add, so you don’t have to re-navigate the tree for every item.
- Filter serialized item overview by condition — a new Condition filter in the serialized item overview lets you quickly see all items that are For Service, Used, or in any other state. Build and save views to keep these lists one click away.
- Assign shelf codes on empty ASK200/TB300 shelves — you can now configure shelf codes on ASK200 and TB300 machines before building locations, making initial setup easier.
- Smaller SFI update packages — after upgrading to 1.54, future SFI update downloads drop from ~1 GB to roughly a third of that size. Old installers are also automatically deleted after a successful upgrade, saving disk space.
- Spare parts inherit cost allocation from parent item — when picking a spare part through the related items dialog on a parent item, the cost allocation limitations now carry over from the parent. No need to separately configure each spare part in the cost allocation hierarchy.
Fixes
- SSO login no longer fails with “Internal server error” after upgrading.
- Switching an item from Durable to Assembly no longer leaves a hidden field that blocks saving.
- Chinese language now works correctly on the Shop Floor Interface.
- The touch keyboard opens correctly again on SFI instead of launching the old on-screen keyboard.
- ASK200 show-location indicator no longer gets stuck when items are at the back of a shelf.
- ISO parameters now import correctly from ToolsUnited and Walter catalogs.
- Lista cabinet now indicates which drawer to open during pick operations.
- Report filters load correctly for customers with very large transaction data volumes.
- Textboxes in Admin Portal (such as purchase price) are now wide enough to display long values.
- TB300 reopen-rolo option now shows only the cabinet where the dispense occurred, not all connected cabinets.
- Cloud devices with mixed location rules (items in different conditions at the same location) now synchronize correctly.
- Transfer lists deleted on Admin Portal are correctly restored if items are picked before the deletion syncs.
