Default tabular reports
Following section describes tabular reports available in the system by default. These reports cannot be changed or removed. User can make a copy of a report and save it under new name. When copy is made, user is allowed to work with the copy as with a custom report:
Raw transaction report
Report shows all transactions made in system. No Cost Allocation data are shown in default report. If needed to see such data, copy of report is needed and relevant fields must be added.
Late purchase orders
Report shows all active purchase orders with items, which has not been received or cancelled within expected date.
If item has been received or cancelled fully already, it can still be part of this report if it did not happened before expected date.
Service orders are not shown in this report.
Restock
Report shows current status of items in devices of all stocks.
Information are taken from real time data and reflect most actual stock situation.
Consumption by device
Report shows all Pick, Return and Scrap transactions per Device, Item and User. Usage cost is generated according Usage cost structure set on item detail. If negative, item has been returned as new and cost refund is generated. Quantity shows consumed quantity. When negative, item has been returned as new indicating that item has been returned back to system for another use. Returning durable item as used or scrapped will not generate quantity refund.

Inventory
Report shows current inventory status of all items assigned in device per Device and Item. For each item in device, current quantity and value (calculated based on standard cost) is shown.
Information are taken from real time data and reflect most actual stock situation.
Consumption of consumable items
Report shows total consumption of consumable items in selected period. Consumed quantity is obtained from quantity of picked items decreased by number of items returned as not used.
Data shown are based on historical values (values are calculated several times a day).
Slow moving consumable items
Tabular report showing all assigned consumable items per device, with information about number of picks and returns made on these items in the past. Items are ordered by lowest number of picks in each device, allowing to identify items that are not moving or regularly used.
Data combines actual assignments values, with combination of historical values (number of picks and number of returns).
Stock location utilization
Tabular report showing all locations existing in all stocks, separated by devices and storage devices. Each location lists currently assigned item, giving overview about current utilization of storage devices.
Information are taken from real time data and reflect most actual stock situation.

Report shows total usage cost of items per item category. Usage cost is generated according Usage cost structure set on item detail.
Data shown are based on historical values (values are calculated several times a day).
Usage per category and vendor
Report shows total usage cost of items per item category. Each category is then separated by item’s vendor. Usage cost is generated according Usage cost structure set on item detail.

Top 20 items picked (by quantity)
Report shows 20 items with most consumed quantity.
Top 20 items purchased (by purchase price)
Report shows 20 items with highest purchase price (purchase quantity*price per piece).
Stock value evolution
Report shows total quantity and value of items in all stocks at the end of past 5 months + actual state in current month.
Value is calculated as quantity * standard cost of an item.
