Return items to any device
Operators can now return items to the nearest device instead of walking back to the one they originally picked from. Administrators enable this per device with a simple toggle, and a configurable time limit controls how long consumable items remain eligible for return. Saves time, reduces unnecessary movement across the shop floor, and keeps inventory accurate. Learn more about returns →

Fingerprint authentication on SFI
The Shop Floor Interface now supports fingerprint login using DigitalPersona readers. A centralized “Setup login methods” button lets users register fingerprints, access cards, or keys — all protected by user verification. Fingerprints are stored locally on each device for maximum security, so setup is needed per SFI where fingerprint login will be used. Works alongside existing card and key authentication.

Enhanced purchase order management
Purchase orders gain three capabilities that simplify complex ordering: set a target delivery date per item (independent of the system-calculated expected date), add the same item multiple times to a single order with different delivery dates, and create custom list views on order details. On SFI, target delivery dates are visible during restock, and items targeted for future delivery default to zero quantity. Learn more about purchase orders →

Improvements
- Smarter expected delivery date calculation — expected delivery dates now consider your requested delivery date. When the requested date falls after the standard lead time, it is used as the expected date instead. Learn more about purchase orders →
- Richer transaction pricing data — transaction data now includes gross and net purchase price on all transaction types, with clearer field names that distinguish order-related from purchase-related pricing. Purchase package quantity is also included for better inventory value calculations. Learn more about reports →
- Enhanced legal document formatting — legal documents (DPA, T&C) now support tables, bold/italic text, numbered lists with indentation, multiple header levels, images, and dynamic date fields.
