Highlights
Real-time transaction synchronization
Transactions made on the Shop Floor Interface no longer wait for a 15-minute sync cycle. Data now reaches the Admin Portal in seconds, and reporting data sources update shortly after. This means stock levels, pick history, and order quantities are available for reporting almost immediately. The feature rolls out gradually after upgrade — all devices must be on the latest version first. Learn more about devices →

Prompt operators to return or recycle during pick
A new item-level setting guides operators to return used items immediately after picking fresh ones. When enabled, the pick flow adds a return step where the operator selects a reason code (recycle or scrap) and quantity. Every return is recorded with full item details — opening up proper reporting on recycling transactions for the first time. Enable this per item in General Information or via mass update. Weland Compact store integration
CRIBWISE now controls a third vertical lift system: the Weland Compact store. It offers the same capabilities as Kardex and Modula integrations — tray management, location guidance, and automated pick/return flows. Available as an add-on for your account. Learn more about lift machines →

Improvements
- Search in Pick for Service — the Pick for Service view on SFI now includes a search field that filters by order ID, reference, vendor name, and vendor ID. Helpful when you have many open service orders.
- Lifter grid size reduced to 25 mm — location dimensions on Kardex, Modula, Hänel, and Weland lifters can now be set in 25 mm increments (previously 50 mm), giving more precise control over tray layouts. Learn more about lift machines →
- LED Navigator on Kardex — the LED light navigator accessory is now controlled by CRIBWISE, guiding operators to the correct pick or return position on Kardex lifters.
- Partial withdraw and placement — you can now withdraw or place partial quantities through the assignment screen, without creating pick or inventory transactions. Useful for consignment stock when items need to be returned to a supplier without generating costs. Learn more about consignment →
