Audit log for assignment changes
Assignment data — such as order parameters and minimum/maximum levels — now has a change log, just like items already do. Every change is recorded with who made it and what was modified. This gives you full traceability when investigating unexpected order behavior or parameter changes. Learn more about the event log →

View item details during pick list flow
Operators picking from predefined pick lists can now expand each item to see full details — item information, spare parts, and location data — directly in the pick flow. This was previously only available during regular picks. No more switching screens to check what you’re about to pick. Learn more about pick lists →

Anonymise user data on demand
Deleted users can now be anonymised immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled process. A single action in System settings → Access control replaces all names, user IDs, and emails of deleted users with anonymous identifiers. Transactions and events are preserved — only the personal data is removed.

Improvements
- Much faster pick list loading — pick list loading on SFI is significantly faster, even for accounts with tens of thousands of lists and complex cost allocation structures. Learn more about pick lists →
- Mass delete skips blocked items — when deleting multiple items, items that cannot be deleted (e.g. still assigned to a device) are now skipped, and all eligible items are removed. Previously, one blocked item stopped the entire batch.
- TX750 supports 30 locations per column — the bottom of the column is now the starting point for building locations, allowing the full 30-position capacity instead of 29.
- Modula LED light indicator — the LED light accessory on Modula lifters is now activated by CRIBWISE, guiding operators to the correct pick or return position.
- Updated sign-up flow — new customer accounts require the account administrator to read and accept the DPA and Terms & Conditions before any user can access the Admin Portal. Documents vary by region (EU vs. non-EU).
Fixes
- Rapid restock-then-scrap actions on service orders no longer miss the scrap step due to sync timing.
- A rare race condition where data changes could be temporarily missed during device synchronization has been resolved.
- Device administrator and contact person fields are no longer empty when exporting devices to Excel.
- Failed catalog imports now appear as warnings with human-readable details in the event log, instead of generic “information” entries.
- Device Excel import/export no longer includes unused fields and provides clearer validation messages.
- SFI operations with serialized items are significantly faster — previously up to 6× slower than non-serialized operations.
- Item translations are no longer incorrectly shown as validation errors during Excel import preview.
- Exporting an empty chart report to Excel no longer fails.
- SFI sync starts automatically after resetting demo data.
- The tooltip for “Prompt user to return picked item during picking” is now fully visible for German-language users.
- Consignment invoice requests no longer fail when item device assignments have been removed.
