Overviews provide actual situation of items in stocks. Data in overviews are, unlike data for reports, loaded always from actual data to provide most recent information. Two views on item are available:
- Item overview to show current situation in stock in regard of required quantities
- Serialized items to show state and location of all serialized items
Item overview serves to display and manage quantities of items within the stock in form of a list. This list shows actual status of the stock with physical quantities currently located in the stock, picked quantities from devices, purchase information and ordered quantities with expected delivery of each item.
Based on amount of data shown in this list, initial load of the list and refresh can take some time (up to seconds)
To show item overview list, select Item overview from Overview section from the main menu. From dropdown list of all stocks select stock. List is generated right after selection of stock providing following additional options:
Opens detail of selected item allowing to make changes directly from the overview list. Open item option is enabled only when item is selected
When more assignments are selected using multiselect functionality, mass edit allows to change more assignments setting in one operation. Mass edit is enabled only when device assignments are selected
Collapses list to item level
Expands list to show all assignments to devices
Expand/collapse item to show/hide assignments to specific devices List shows all items currently assigned to at least one device within selected stock.
Quantities are aggregated from all devices where each item is assigned. To show quantities for each device separately, expand item using expand option.
Available columns
New Quantity of item currently in stock locations with location rule New.
Used Quantity of item currently in stock locations with location rule Used. Shown only for durable items.
Refurbished Quantity of item currently in stock locations with location rule Refurbished. Shown only for durable items.
For service Quantity of item currently in stock locations with location rule For service and serialized items locked for service. Shown only for durable items.
Picked quantity Quantity currently picked in production. Shown only for durable items.
Locations Number of locations in which the item is assigned within a device.
Max quantity Maximum target quantity set for item’s assignment to a device. This information can be updated directly from the overview using Mass edit function.
Order point Order point quantity set for item’s assignment to a device. This information can be updated directly from the overview using Mass edit function.
Min quantity Minimum target quantity set for item’s assignment to a device. Shown only for durable items. This information can be updated directly from the overview using Mass edit function.
Critical level Critical level of an item calculated from item’s critical level (in percentage) and item’s order point set for a device as: 
Missing to max Quantity indicating how many pieces are missing to fill up to Maximum quantity, calculated as: 
Quantity in stock 
Graph shows stock and picked quantity of item compared to Max quantity. Minimum is 0, maximum is Max quantity set on assignment. On item level, visualization is shown as aggregation of stock and picked quantity against aggregation of maximum quantities from all assigned devices.
Item stock state Visualization of item state showing if any action needs to be taken on the item:
OK – item quantity in stock is higher than 120% of threshold
ALERT – item quantity in stock is between 120% and 100% of threshold
CRITICAL – item quantity in stock is lower than 100% of threshold Threshold is calculated using order point and critical quantity (if available). For durable items system also consider quantity in stock (excluding picked items) comparing with minimum quantity. On item level worst status from all item’s assignments to devices is shown.
Consignment Indicates if item is assigned in device as consignment.
Active orders Shows number of active purchase orders, where item is expected to be received (its purchased quantity is bigger than restocked quantity + cancelled quantity). These orders can be shown by clicking the number with further option to show details of active orders.
Expected from orders Showing quantity of item expected to be received from active purchase orders (its purchased quantity is bigger than restocked quantity + cancelled quantity).
Expected date Showing expected date of delivery of item if item is on active purchase order (if expected date is available on the order). If there are more orders for the device, first date when the item is expected is shown. If expected date is equal current date, date is marked in orange. If expected date passed current date, date is marked in red. On item level first date when the item is expected is shown.
