Login to app.cribwise.com
If you have a distributor account administrator role or a customer account administrator role you can login to app.cribwise.com to manage existing accounts. The first account administrator of end-customer is the one registered in the signup flow. This user will sign-off CRIBWISE Terms and Condition.

From here you can add new users as account administrators of end-customer using “+ New user” button. You can also disable an active user using “Remove” option from the Action menu (…). Once a user is removed from the Customer account administrators list the access to Admin Portal and CMP is disabled. If you want to reactivate the user, you can use “+ New user” and fill in the email. Everything else will automatically be filled in.
