CRIBWISE is integrated with Aha! Ideas portal tool to be more transparent and create a more collaborative environment where more people can elaborate around ideas and features.

- Ideas are directly synched to our features backlog and creator of idea will get notifications on changes
Access Idea portal
You can access Idea portal by clicking the menu on the top right hand side in Help Center or directly typing the address https://ideas.cribwise.com/ 
When you first access the website you will have to Sign-up / Login to get access to ideas.
If you don’t have a user, you will need to fill in your name and last name. Youwillneed to confirmyour e-mail to login and seeyour ideas.
If your user domain is part of any of our distributor/support partners, you will automatically get privileges to see other users ideas. If not, you will now only see your own ideas.
Find Ideas in portal
- You can free-text search and filter ideas
- You can click on any of My ideas, My votes, My subscriptions and see them
- You can find ideas through the Category tree
Create new idea
- Click the Add new idea button
- Start filling in the form. When you start typing the name of your idea you will see a list of other similar ideas pop-up in the window below that you might want to read first to not create duplicates
- Choose the most appropriate category
- Write more in details what you would like to achieve and why. It would be helpful if you can attach pictures or files.
- Add also the value of the idea, whom will benefit and try to quantify how much.
- Press Add idea
- Vote: As a user you can vote for a topic and you can remove your vote by clicking again.
- Subscribe: When you have confirmed your user you will always subscribe on your own ideas. But you can also subscribe to other users ideas. When subscribing, you will get mail notifications on comments and status updates on the ideas.
- Comments: You can add comments to existing ideas by clicking the add a comment bar in the bottom
Status explanation
The status of the idea will follow a process of
- Needs review = New idea
- Future consideration = Idea is under review
- Will not implement = Decided to not move ahead
- Planned = Idea promoted to our feature backlog
- Shipped = Release to production made
