The cleaning frequency might depend of different aspects such as environmental, health related (COVID-19) or usage.
- High-usage conditions: Apply one of the recommended products once per day in high-usage situations where staff
members may not wear gloves or wash hands frequently. - Low-usage conditions: Weekly sanitizing is adequate in low-usage situations, or where staff members wear gloves to
perform their work.
What to use?
- Pre-Moistened Wipes
If possible, clean equipment exterior surfaces with a wipe or prediluted product. Wipe an amount of cleaner that will leave the touchscreen wet for at least 60 seconds. - Liquid Cleaners
Spray or apply the cleaner to a lint-free cloth or paper towel to prevent liquids and debris from accumulating under the bezel, which will damage the screen.
Do not spray cleaners directly onto the touchscreen.
Wipe an amount of cleaner that will leave the touchscreen wet for at least 60 seconds.
Do not use the following products
Products listed below are highly caustic or abrasive to touchscreen surfaces. Usage may result in permanent damage to the touchscreen.
