Customer Management Change account

Login at app.cribwise.com

If you have a distributor account administrator role you can login at app.cribwise.com to manage existing accounts.

Select customer to manage

 

 

To access a customer’s account details, click on the customer line and then select “Customer overview” from the Details section on the right-hand side.

 

 

To convert Trial account to active account please read this. F

irst page that will be open is the customer’s overview. Here you have access to account’s details (shortname, id), API keys, statistics on quotes and useful links.

 

Change subscription quantity

To change subscription plan, from starter to professional contact help@cribwise.com

Change quantity of subscription using Update subscription button, in the subscription detail you will find the current number of created main devices and how many main devices you currently have on your plan. 

 

 

If you press update plan, a pop-up will open to change the quantity of plan!

 

 

You will not be able to lower the plan below the current number of devices (Created in Admin Portal, regardless of cloud, physical device). Device needs to be deleted in admin portal to be able to reduce the quantity.

 

 

Any increase will trigger an invoice of the delta from current date until next billing date. From next billing date a full year license will be invoiced.  Information about invoices will be stored in invoice history tab:

 

Subscription status

We have 4 different statuses of subscriptions

In Trial

When signing up for Free trail the subscription will be “In trial” status with an end date In trial will automatically go to “Disabled” upon trial expiry. Distributor can from “In trial” status use the Convert to active account function.

Cancelled

For “Cancelled” status distributor user can also use the Convert to active account function and fill in the form to activate an account.

Future

This status indicates that the Admin Portal is available and can be worked in but the subscription billing will start in future with target to match the installation date at customer or the delivery date of the hardware, if a new device was ordered together with the subscription or the installation addon was ordered together with the subscription.     Future date cannot be updated from app.cribwise.com. 

Active

For active accounts, the plan can be updated in quantity up and down. To change from active accounts to disabled, go to Subscription tab and press Cancel subscription button.

 

Prospect

This status indicates that this is a potential customer without any active plan. The distributor is able to create potential customers during the quote flow. Distributor user can use the Convert to active account function to activate an account (in the Subscription tab).

Buy/remove add-ons

In subscription menu you have a tab named Add-ons. Here you can manage your recurring and one time add-ons for the selected customer. Recurring add-ons will always be visible in the add-ons list while one time add-ons will be visible only in the invoice history tab.

 

Buy new add-on

When selecting to buy a new add-on, the user will be redirected to the order flow where he is able to add new add-ons. At the same time during this flow the user is able to add a hardware order, or skip this step.

 

 

When selecting to Add new add-on, a pop-up will show with a dropdown of available add-ons to select. The options presented in the drop-down are retrieved from the distributor settings. These settings are in accordance with the distributor agreement, and they are set up in CMP by the CRIBWISE team.

 

 

Add-ons can be of type Recurring with regular fee each period One time fee adding a one time charge One time set-up fee and recurring charge Add-on can be quantity dependent (If not Quantity field is greyed out) Any recurring add-on will create prorated charge reflecting the value from when added until new billing date is reached and from then be part of regular subscription invoicing.

 

 

One time add-ons will not be visible in the list of add-ons this is noticed when they are selected in add-on selection list.

 

 

After selecting the addon that you want to order, you will see the price and the description of the addon. The user must confirm the selection of the addon.

 

Remove add-on

By clicking the trash can you can remove a recurring add-on.

 

 

Any service or feature connected to the add-on will stop when removal confirmed.

 

Invoice history

All charges, both recurring and one time charges, will be available under Invoice history tab, except for subscriptions in FUTURE status. They have no invoices until the subscription is Active and one time charges will not be available to view in CMP until invoiced. If the customer is managed through a distributor, the invoice history tab will indicate the invoice partner for the account. For an end customer account administrator invoice tab is hidden and changes in subscription is not possible.
