What you can do
Connect TDM Systems Global Line to CRIBWISE, so items created in TDM are created in CRIBWISE and TDM reads CRIBWISE stock quantities back.
TDM Systems developed the integration together with CRIBWISE for customers who use TDM for tool data and CRIBWISE as their storage and purchasing solution.
What the integration does
- Any item created in TDM Systems is also created in CRIBWISE.
- TDM Systems reads all stock data – the quantity of items in stock – from CRIBWISE and updates itself.
The benefit is a single source of truth, and less system management on both sides.
Before you start
From TDM Systems:
- TDM Tool Crib Module (LGM) or TDM Tool Crib Module Global Line (LGMGL).
- The Interface TDM-CribWise (iCWI) module.
- TDM version V2023 or higher.
From CRIBWISE:
- The TDM Systems integration add-on must be enabled on the customer account. This enables the endpoints the integration needs.
Steps
Step 1 — Enable the add-on
Have the TDM Systems integration add-on enabled on the customer account in the Customer Management Portal.
Step 2 — Set the interface up on the TDM side
Configure the TDM-CribWise interface (iCWI) in TDM Systems. Your TDM contact has the detailed setup requirements from the TDM perspective.
Success: Items created in TDM appear in CRIBWISE, and TDM shows CRIBWISE stock quantities.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
| TDM cannot reach the CRIBWISE endpoints. | The TDM Systems integration add-on is not enabled on the account. | Enable the add-on in the Customer Management Portal. |
| Items created in TDM do not appear in CRIBWISE. | The TDM installation is older than V2023, or the iCWI interface module is missing. | Check the version and licensed modules with your TDM contact. |
