Reporting

System offers several ways how to consume and work with reporting data (historical values, transactions and actual stock figures):

  • Chart reports showing reporting data and aggregated values in chart format
  • Tabular reports showing tabular data with option to group data and aggregate values
  • Scheduled reports allowing send chart or tabular reports to specific receivers on regular basis
  • Predefined widgets, displaying reporting data and actual system status on dashboard
  • Interactive reports, allowing to alter existing data based on historical transactions (ABC classification)
  • BI interface and Reporting API, allowing to consume reporting data in external applications to create custom reports and dashboards.

Data shown in chart and tabular reports and data provided by BI interface and Reporting API are not affected by restrictions to items, vendors, devices or stocks. To avoid accessing sensitive data, set restrictions for user or user group to see only specific reports and/or set privileges to allow create, read and update reports

Historical reporting data in the system are generated from transactions on regular basis (three times a day). Reports showing actual stock situation obtain live data from system.
