To update items from external catalog, select update from item detail (update of opened item) or from item list (update of all selected items). Select an external catalog to use for update. Update settings are similar to download of new items, with following exceptions:
- Import search number is prefilled from Manufacturer ID from item detail. If Manufacturer ID is empty, Import search number must be filled manually before import can be started
- Own item ID cannot be changed
- It is possible to select what information should be updated – by default, all purchase related information are not affected by update. To change what information to update, press Change updated information on update settings step and select information to update.
Information for items is updated according current catalog settings.
