Installation SFI on local machine Admin portal in cloud
Operating system
We strongly recommend Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC version (Long-Term Servicing Channel). This to be able to control non expected updates but only make the latest security updates. The SFI works on normal Windows 10 versions, but this is not recommended as users can be offered upgrades that still not have been verified by CRIBWISE team.
PC requirements
For the physical machine the recommend minimum requirements for smooth operation of CRIBWISE ShopFloor Interface:
- Intel Core I3 Gen 8xxx
- 8GB RAM
- 12GB SSD Harddrive

Following prerequisites are needed to run SFI application and will be installed during installation process (no user action needed)
- MS SQL Express 2014 LocalDB or higher
- .NET Framework 4.6 or higher
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable or higher

Network for SFI
Admin Portal service must be accessible within SFI network to allow data synchronization and update of Shop Floor Interface applications. Connection to Admin Portal is also required during installation process to verify license information.
Following port must be enabled for outgoing communication to allow communication and synchronization with Admin Portal installed in cloud:
- Protocol: https
- Port: 443
We have on SFI a function to create tickets to our support center, for this to work an email is sent from SFI, connection to SMTP must be possible to established. Default SMTP server of cloud Admin Portal, following address and port should be whitelisted in order to allow sending emails:
- Address: smtp.sendgrid.net
- Port: 587
Communication and IP addresses
All communication is initialised from On-premise SFI to admin portal in cloud. If network is more restricted like where PC is allowed to communicate, the base url for our application needs to be whitelisted (https://app.cribwise.com). In cases where restrictions are on IP addresses, our application Gateway for inbound messages needs to be whitelisted.
Application gateway: 20.126.145.37 (Inbound to our services)
In case of when reports are scheduled to be sent or ERP integrations where files are dropped to web service or S/FTP server our outgoing messages will be sent from.

Requirements for integration services
If you are using any of our integration services like MONITOR G5, Zoller TMS our integration API\’s available in CRIBWISE you need to allow traffic to our public endpoints where our services are hosted and also allow traffic from certain endpoints to your corporate network if you e.g. receive files or event from any of our integration services.
