Cost allocation picture upload issues Size of picture is not obtained correctly when picture is uploaded to be set as cost allocation picture. This resulted in a problem when picture smaller then defined threshold (20kB) cannot be uploaded and picture bigger can.
When picture is uploaded, transparency used in that picture is lost sometimes during generation of thumbnail.
Renaming of vendor or manufacturer is not reflected in transaction data When existing vendor or manufacturer is renamed (or their ID changed), this change on vendor or manufacturer is not propagated to the SFI.
User is able to set negative value in mentioned cases Following could be set for item:
Negative order point/min point,
Negative critical level
Negative price per piece
ASK – Scanning of location codes issue when new shelf is added Once new shelf is added to ASK machine and operator scan shelf code in SFI, ASK Control application shows a popup window on a background. This popup consumes further codes scanned by the operator in SFI, causing scanning not working correctly.
TX750 manage locations screen – threshold availability visualization On TX750 manage locations screen, the threshold availability visualization text for dark grey color should be \”Less than 25 % of positions available\” (now there is \’75’).
Reset of demo data does not work correctly There a lot of errors in the log resulting in reset not being finished correctly and customer stuck in the transition phase.
Inventory on SFI does not set \’IsSerialized\’ flag correctly in the transactions When inventory is done on the SFI it does not set correctly the \’IsSerialized\’ flag in the transactions for serialized items.
Not possible to add higher amount of items to PAG include/exclude list Adding of high amount of items to Product Access Group include or exclude list using multi select for items fails due to database timeout.
Deletion of stock can lead to transfer lists inaccessible It is possible to delete stock, if this stock is set as source or destination stock for transfer list. When stock is deleted, list of transfer lists will show no entries on AP as getting of data will fail.
SFI inventory can be finished without real quantity During SFI inventory, real quantity could be erased by keyboard and inventory still can be finished. This results in unexpected error message on screen and inability to finish this inventory for remaining items in the list.
Purchase script fails when empty transfer list exists When there is at least one transfer list with no items, purchase script with option \”Consider transfer demands\” turned on will fail to be processed, no items are added to order/transfer list.
Item manufacturer ID is empty when item is updated from item list When item has manufacturer ID specified, but no manufacturer, starting update of this item from item list against Cororman, SECO or DormerPramet catalogs will result that import search number is not filled from item\’s manufacturer ID and is empty.
Catalog import loading order code & material Id to wrong data field Material ID not set for spare parts downloaded from Coromant catalog.
Bad performance of SFI and AP inventory for a lot of assignments Customer reported very bad performance when all the possible assignments are selected for the inventory in cloud SFI.
Deletion of user does not clear user\’s permissions to items If user has override for user group PAG set (same probably for Vendor data access), deletion of this user will not clear those overridden permissions.
Serialized item overview does not properly reflect permissions If PAG or vendor restrictions are active (=user has some items restricted and should not be able to see them), serialized items in item overview are still visible.
Permissions override for user not working properly for data access restrictions When there are restrictions to access specific stock/devices only on user group and some user of this group have override of these restrictions set, available stocks/devices are not set according user\’s override, but according intersection of group and user settings.
Randomly missing menu entries for random users on SFI Randomly it happens that the main menu of SFI (\”icons\”) for the random user is not available.
Own category lost during import from Excel When item import Excel does not contain column with own category, any item updated with this import will lost its own category.
Not possible to update item from Walter or ToolsUnited catalogs If option to import item from Walter or TU catalog with specific vendor has been selected by user, this user will not be able to proceed with update of item(s) from these catalogs.
Improper error message when obsolete item added to order by ERP interface Attempt to add item in state \’obsolete\’ to purchase order does not give a proper validation message informing that obsolete items cannot be ordered anymore.
